GXE auto trans to SE auto trans

GXE auto trans to SE auto trans
Can anybody switch a GXE auto trans. for a SE auto trans, and how would it work. ( rough , slipping or just good.

Which year?
92-94 SE auto trans aren't compatible with GXE auto trans, I believe. Assuming you got a 94. I'll wait until someone who does have experience with a 94 to confirm.

I have a 94 SE, need to know if my trans was switch when being rebuild, i believe mechanic has a GXE

Transmission will not work, because of starter location, and difference in engines, wiring, and computers.
