Weird electrical problems. Need Help

On my 91 GXE, the battery in my 92 SE died so i took the new one out of my 91 to put in my 92. So my 91 has been sitting for like 1 1/2 weeks. I put in a new battery today, and it starts, but every like say minute, the headlights flash once, and there is this tick under the dash, the seatbelt motor thingy is stuck, and when that tick happens it tries to move and maybe budges just a bit then stops again, the door locks won't work at all, the windows won't roll down.

i dunno if it's the door lock timer or not i did a search on it but couldn't find any of the other problems.

Gremlins man.. Gremlins..

I'd say you probably fried a fusible link or you've got a bad ignition switch... those are the only things I can think of - unless you've got an aftermarket alarm and it's doing weird stuff.
You can't disconnect a battery on a car with an aftermarket alarm and NOT expect it to do weird stuff.

check your fusible links, and see what you come up with.
