My cabin fans don't turn on is there a fuse or relay that would cause this?

Near your left knee on the kick panel closest to the door there are the fuses behind the cover. (just in case you are familiar with where they are "not to offend") Check the one for the blower. If not the its time to go get the trust multimeter and test the blower itself. Hopefully its just a fuse.

There's usually a reason that the fuse popped, kinda rare 4 the fuse to be defective. I'd check the blower motor resistor if just replacing the fuse block fuse doesn't work.

Yeah usually its because something is grounding out. Same thing happened to me with my fog lights. Turned out it was the power cable grounding out against the metal housing.
