Electrical gremlins abound 93 MAX

I have been down the road chasing several suspected electrical problems with my 93 Max (SOHC). Replaced ignition switch, several relays, tried jumpering some things out. Have a schematic that I thougth I could read but it is from Haynes and fairly vague. Bottom line, the car now quits running after it warms up and just dies. Sometimes it will restart but eventually quits. Not stumble and cough, just sudden shutdown. Checked the computer lights trouble code, but got nothing. When car is running, the CHECK ENGINE light goes thru the following sequence. ONE LONG BLINK, pause, TWO LONG BLINKS pause, 3 QUICK BLINKS pause, 4 QUICK BLINKS pause, 5 QUICK BLINKS pause, and then starts the sequence all over again. And it keeps doing this.
Anybody know what that may mean? I am thinking bad computer but cannot verify.

Sounds as if you have several codes. Thats the other way of reading them by the cel than being down on the passngr side floor trying to read them. You'll have to google what they are.

I did that but no codes were shown. The lights on the side of the computer did not show any error codes.

Im stumped. Something is either loose or on its way out. ObdI is not as accurate as OBDII. It almost takes Christ 2nd coming for something to set off the cel on the cars. Are there any corroded plugs?

Changed plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, rotor button, new ignition switch. Checked for loose grounds and connectors where I could reach them. This started out with the car simply occasional not starting, not even turning over. Voltage check led me to believe ignition switch was bad, so I replaced it. Still occasional starting inhibited. Chased down the security system and bypassed the starter inhibit relay. this seemed to work and thought I had it whipped and then when it sat for a couple of days, the battery would be run down. Would sometimes start with a jump, but sometimes not, and not means it did not even turn over, like it was being locked out by electrics/electronics, even with bypass of the starter inhibit relay. Then it "changed" where it would start, run for a while, and do a complete shutdown, like something in the electrical system shut it down after it got warm. Might restart, but would shut down again. Cannot trust it on the road, as it will shutdown at any time, any speed. Check engine light will come on and sequence as stated, but no codes on the computer. I am stumped. Last best option is to take to dealer, but that will cost more than the car is worth. With only 120K and good engine/tranny, A/C, etc I hate to give up but I don't want to give the dealer a grand+ to fix it either. Thoughts?

Only other thing that comes to mind is the harness. If u got access to a spare swap them in see what you get.

It sounds like the anti-theft system is getting in the way of something. Anyone know if it shuts down the fuel pump or spark when tripped?

As far as I can remember its just the ignition. Although when mine was acting stupid b4 I unplugged it I don't remember hearing the fuel pump.
