MY 92 SE 5SPD pics

okay I got the car back, first off the guy did a great job, West Babylon Collision on Long Island 631-321-4893 (I highly recomend them)
the car looks great. the pics came out crappy because well its dark. tommorow im going to take pics after I put the rims on (so check back). Im also going to buy the stillen kit (thats why I didnt get rid of the black trim on the bottom like I did on my SE).
okay now heres what Ive noticed so far.
1) alot of power.
2)pulls to the left hard (alignment or the frame? it was hit in the front but we were almost sure the fram wasnt bent)
3) needs a new clutch (grinds into second on hard shifts) I was going to get an aftermarket clutch anyway.
4)alot of road noise but hopefully it will go away with the new rims.

Im putting it on the road no later than thursday and ill drive it around some more and get a better feel for it. and tommrow ill be able to look more closely at the car.

heres the link to the pics.

i personally like the spoiler...i bet you wanna hear that one! is that the one on your site on the green accord? i'm looking at that one or maybe the stillen gt...dono yet. what kinda cover you got on your seats? look good. can't wait to see the kit man, i'm gonna be getting it this week probably too, i'm assuming you already know it's $470 with shipping right now at avalon racing. anyway, good job and good luck, car looks nice!

time to drop it and throw some rims of some sort one there... the wing looks okay, but you need some other mods with that bad boy or it looks odd.

I do like the wing though.

he said he was putting his rims on tomorrow and taking more pics. he's already getting a body kit so it wont look odd.

Does that radio control the city's power grid? That thing is sick! Nice grab man, looks bad-ħ§. Dig the car too. =]

the pulling could be from bad alignment, or a bad tire or simply low air in one tire...

get your new rims on it and see how it drives then.. if it still pulls to the left, then get it to an alignment shop asap so you don't wear out your tires on your good rims.

road noise could be from bad tires too... again, switch wheels and see what happens.

Can't wait for some better pics and to see it when you're all done! What kind of wheel combo you going with?

I like the spoiler. I was planing to put that on my car however I want to see if I could have it sit closer to the trunk and then add a break light to it. I radio is Off the Hook (really nice). Is that
MP3/DVD compatable.

Im putting it on the road no later than thursday and ill drive it around some more and get a better feel for it. and tommrow ill be able to look more closely at the car.

no account. private seller I made an offer he accepted.

I added 10 new pics so check it out. I also put the black outs on but ill take them off when I put the bmw lights in. I also took the sunroof deflector of my GXE and put it on my SE, it looks so good now.

Wow! Those rims look absolutely BAD@SS on that car! The whole image looks great even though I'm not a salad kinda guy myself! I think painting the grille mesh black will look unique too, since most people just paint it body colour.

yeah

Im gonna use an SE grill this time so I can put it in the back so it looks recesed. Let me tell you I am loving this car. It really opens up around like 3500-4000rpms. My freinds got dealer plates so I took the car to pepboys to get a red bulb for my fuel pressure gauge and on the way back I see these hyper whites dipping through traffic and Im like "already?" so this 96+ civic pulls up and is hanging with me so I downshift from 4-3 and leave him. lol I know its not fair but it was fun. Im putting the car on the road tommorow so once its legit ill take it on the highway and really open it up. I want to put my cat-back on too, all i have now is a pop charger and it sounds hot.
