I noticed kind of a squeal whenever i turn the wheel coming from around the steering wheel area. Sounds like it is coming from around the area in the pic, It has also been very cold lately so that makes it worse. Maybe its coming from around the steering column?

So is it something that just happens since it has never happened before or something i can do to make it stop like grease or wd40?
