E36 conversion

So I have been doing some thinking, I am interested in doing this conversion. Would anyone be willing to help me out. What I need, procedures, prices, etc.? Anything would be a great help. I am intrigued by the way others have talked out this conversion. Someone said that it is brighter that what 9004 can produce which is a plus. I want as much light as possible without going to HID. That may come later.
