track tires. . ...
hey guys, ok, i'm gonna pick up my new rims in april from j's guy, and i'm gonna buy a set of tires for SCCA and drag strip. they're gonna go on my 15's. i was thinkin 225 50 15's. . . any suggestions on tires? i don't want drag only cause i'm gonna run Solo at NP and some local places out here in OH. . . thanks

I need to know too... 215/50 or 45 on 15 inchers...
tire rack has a decent selection of race tires.
but one of your problems are that drag and road race tires are completely different in design.. yeah, the track tires will work for drag, but you'll be better off buying another set of stock rims or something and putting a pair of drag tires on the fronts. (remember, you only need a pair of drag tires.
