Is there anyway to restore Oxygen Sensors?

Its not completely dead...The V(volts) r locked on 0.7v

Your car looks way better than a 4th gen, which is why you posted in the 3rd gen section. But that's an A32, not that your question is specific to any gen.

You can try cleaning it, there are some tutorials online.

Why even bother? Oxygen sensors are cheap and easy to replace. And if it is locked on 0.7V then it REALLY needs to be replaced.
