I bought my max about a year ago. The first night that I had it I took it for a drive to the store only to find out that I had no dash illumination. Had no clue what speed I was doing and what not. After some tedious studying of the electrical, I finally put a shorting connector across two wires and shorted them thus providing me with full illumination. I was wondering if anyone knew of this problem and how to fix it. I had already installed a replacement switch from Nissan. Never figured out what was up. If anyone knows anything let me know. Not that it is a big deal since I have adequate light, I would just like to figure it out.
