VE injectors in a VG ?

Anyone know if the ve injectors will fit in the 93-94 vg fuel rail and if so do they work well without tuning or if there is a big difference in flow?

I don't have any actual experience with this, but I looked in the parts listings for the 1993 Max and compared part numbers.

The VG engine has 5 different fuel injectors listed. The VE engine has the same 5 injectors listed. So I would say they are interchangeable.

I assume that you know about the color dots used on the injectors and that you shouldn't mix colors.

FWIW, here are the part numbers:
16600-7E001 yellow
16600-7E006 green
16600-85E01 blue superseded by 16600-21V02
16600-85E06 black superseded by 16600-21V02
16600-96E01 no color

Yes the VE injectors will the fit late model VG Maxima rails perfectly fine. Of course they are bigger CC injectors, so I wouldn't mix and match. I would do ALL VE injectors if you're doing any. Your car may run a tad rich but should be fairly negligible but if you have to pass an emissions test up there it may be enough to impact your emissions.

VE injectors = 4th gen injectors. Always handy to remember when looking for those junkyard five finger discounts

Thanks guys. I found some old bosch style square connectors off an older bmw which will fit and definately are corrosion free and in much better shape than my original ones which are the old style with the cracked/split rubber boots so now im just debating on whether just solder those ones in and keep my injectors being they're fairly new or just go with the 93-94 connector change like CMax did in one of his threads and change all the injectors. I have the 94 lower intake and fuel rail to make that work aswell. Im not sure if their is a big price difference between the 93-94 vg injectors compared to the ve injectors but i know their is a fairly big difference in price between the older style vg injectors compared to the ve which are a fair bit cheaper im not so sure why though. I think im already running a little rich. Im not sure if it's because of my corroded connectors or the tune i had done. I noticed when wiggling or moving the wires/injector leads on the front 3 cylinders which is the sub harness i notice a change in idle and sometimes a mis. Maybe the little bit of green corrosion on the injectoe connectors is having an effect on the resistance causing the ecu to compensate fuel making it run a little rich? I failed the 1st etest from high hydro carbons but the rest of the numbers passed but were just barely a pass. Im also at times getting a high idle when putting it in park but not always. The rpm's can also tend to hunt very slightly but again not always.
