Dash lights and running lights when installing aftermarket radio

Dash lights and running lights when installing aftermarket radio
I was installing and aftermarket radio in my 93 maxima and when I plugged in the harness my dash light come on and also my front running lights come on. No key in the ignition. And light switch is off.
