vibration/noise from rear passenger wheel

hey guys, i just got a 94 SE 5-spd about 2 months ago and i love it. ever since i've had the car, there's been a slight vibration from the rear, really noticable at low speeds. it makes sort of a "wah wah wah" as the car moves. however, on the drive home today, at about 75 mph, i had to tap the brakes and then the whole car started rocking up and down for about 15 seconds, then stopped and it was fine after that. the noise/vibration is more noticable now at all speeds. is this the bearings in that wheel going bad, or something else? and if it is the bearings, what kind of labor is involved? thanks a bunch.

could be warped rotors or unbalanced wheels?
