CAI Question

For all of you who have a cold air intake, does it go directly into the fender well on the outside, exposed to the elements? Or do you have something like the AEM air bypass valve to keep water out. Thanks , thats my only concern about getting a CAI.

most people have it without the bypass, unlesss you submerge it for a long time, you shouldnt have a problem

It's outside the engine bay, but the fender liner still protects the filter from water splashing up from the wheel.

Unless you drive in water up into the wheel-wells, you will have no problems.
