Dead Cylinders

2 of the rear cylinders (#3 and #5?) of my 90 maxima are not working now. The wires and plugs are good. Compression test says the pressure is fine. So what could be the problem? Fuel injector? is it hard to get the injectors out and test?
thanks.

1 3 5 injectors are prone to go out first. Take off the injector plugs and do a resistance test. It should be ~10-12 ohms. You can also see if your injectors are working by putting a screwdriver next to each injector and with your ear to the handle listen for a strong tick sound. If there's no ticking or weak ticking then the injector has a problem. Sometimes it's just the electric contacts being corroded and need to be cleaned.
