SEARCH option

Im crusing the forum today, and about every other post complains about people using the search. What can we do about this. PEOPLE, USE THE SEARCH BEFORE YOU POST. Its not that hard. Maybe we shouldn't have Maxima of the Month on the home page, but instead a huge SEARCH HERE FIRST! link. Turbo? Search. BMW headlights? Search.
BODY KITS?? Search. WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY MONEY? Search. WHATS THE BEST MOD FOR EXCATLY $217.43?? FOR GOODNESS SAKE, DO A SEARCH FIRST!

I already said this in another thread, but I think what we REALLY need is a link or sticky that says "How to Use SEARCH Efficiently" to help people use it. Put it at the top of the main forum page, or EVERY page!

Using the right combination of words, Jacques McSearch () is a very powerful and helpful tool, limited only by the 2 character minimum. I hardly asked any questions when I was new to the board because of it.

Also, its pretty small. On my page, its just written in small font in the upper right hand page. It might help also if it was bigger, for the first timers to see.

yeah... we've asked Jamie a few times to put it in huge blinking font just below the banner ad... hasn't happened yet, obviously.

Finally, we see that the myth is true. Newbies can be smart.
