i know

that's what everyone keeps telling me...i know i have a gxe automatic and most of the top speeds i've seen have been for the se manuals. my speedo only goes to 125, and as you know the gxe has 30 less HP than the se...

It won't go any faster because the engine just doesn't have any more power up there to MAKE it go faster. That is called your top speed limited by drag! Yes the manual will get more top speed but not much 5 or 10 mph for a 5-spd VG.
