A Rim Question.....
Dunno.. try it and see.
first, I'd pull the wheels on both cars and measure the lug spacing, then the diameter of the hub in the center.
the offset is probably okay, but I dunno about the lug pattern and center bore..
of course, you could probably also call a race/rice wheel shop and get "real" specs on each car- lug spacing and all. good luck!

Check out http://www.tsw.com and use their wheel guide application - http://216.115.239.19/tswnet/application1.html
It looks like the V6 Accord has the same bolt pattern and same recommended offset of 40mm as the Maxima. The Hub bore, however is smaller on the Accord. You're gonna need different hub rings.

hub rings are no big deal.. many rims come with them if you need them... you got lucky that the honda hub is smaller than the max hub.
you can probably get some from most local wheel shops for less than a couple $ each.

(I've got 57 meg on my current server, and they're kicking me off soon)
