A/T Switch

Alright here's my question... Does switching the A/T switch from Comfort to Power actually make a difference? Well what I mean is, Is the difference any bit significant?

it just changes the shift points and shift feel...on Power it will shift harder and later, comfort it switches smoother and earlier

Please correct me if i am wrong, BUT it will not make your maxi shift harder, but you are right about the shifting timing. if you want your maxi to shift "QUICKER" then buy don in texas's" VB mod. its worth it.

Patrick

The shift feels harder because you're coming off of a higher RPM when you do shift, so the gears "mash" a little bit harder. When the car was new I'm sure it was less noticable, but now you can feel the difference more. 99% sure its an indirect effect due to the tranny's age.
