Well, I just took my dads car out for a long drive. He's got an 89 SE 5 speed. All I can say is wow, it is so much more fun than mine to drive. Granted, I can take him in my car because his transmission is somewhat messed up, but still, going through the gears is awesome. I've now decided that instead of taking my moms 97 in a year, I'm just gonna start looking for a 92-94 five speed. Hopefully, I can sell my car before I graduate HS. I think I would have a better chance selling my car if its modded to someone at my school. Anyways, I'm just gonna continue to mod my car because if I am getting another 3rd gen, all of the parts could just transfer over if I returned to stock. Anyways, I'm just ranting now Five speeds rule!

 

Do you have an auto right now? I have a 92 SE auto, and I'm still wishin it was a 5spd. But at least it's SE But yes, 5 speeds RULE!! It ain't a sport car unless it a stick! (No offense to GXE's)

 

5 speeds own...i just went from an auto to a stick and i couldnt be happier. Driving is so much more fun now.
