How to replace drvr window regulator?

How to replace drvr window regulator?
How hard is this to do? This will be the second replacement for this window, all others have been done once also! Are the new assymblies built better without the plastic parts that keep breaking? Anyone have a link to a site with a write up or have some directions on how to do this? Also is courtesy nissan the best place to get a new regulator?
