Dif. between sun and moonroof

What is the difference between a sunroof and a moonroof? which do you prefer?

i think moonroof is glass, and sunroof you is metal, so you cant see through it

sunroof is a metal piece that slides in and out. a moonroof is a glass piece, that you can see through, and it slides in and out too. but you can pull out the cover so that light doesnt come through. a moonroof is more versatile.

i think moonroof sounds better...i don't really care about the difference my sunroof (or moonroof) is broke...so i had to rip out the shade thing. so at this point i consider it both b/c you can always see the sun and the moon

i believe sunroof pops up to vent, and slides open totally. a moonroof just pops up....

what are your opinions in installing an automatic moonroof on a car that doesn't have one in the first place?

Yeah I was thinking about doing this on my new ride, how much loot are we talking about? And are they reliable once you get one...any experience?

i called a local shop around my place and they said it will cost me around 800 dollars to get the motorized moon roof installed.

my moon roof pops up and also slides back all the way...my be yors is stuck
