Will it bolt-in? Yes, but the AC hose is in the way. If you don't mind moving or bending that hose out of the way it will work. Look at your A/C hose by the strut tower and look at the 4th Gen FSTB brackets and you'll know what I mean.

I can get you one from another member of this board for $45. And it fits perfect on the VGs. Why spend more and gamble??

BMan u think its worth it to just bend or move the a/c hose? I've got a 92 gxe. the coutesy one is like $70 or so after shipping. Stealthmax has the fourth gen for $45 shipped. Let me know what you all think.

and moving the hose out of the way. Err... the bending stuff is beside the point, but I suppose it just depends on how important the cost difference is to you and how comfortable you are with moving your A/C hose. I don't even know if you CAN bend it, but one guy used zap straps to hold it back. Someone also posted in the last week or so how he used Stealth's 4th Gen bar on his 92-94 GXE so you can try asking him if you can find the thread (either here or in Stealth's FS thread). Here's Lordrandall's pics to give you an idea of how much you'd need to move the hose (bless you Randy!): http://www.dreamwater.org/auto/lordr...pics/fstb.html
btw, unless Courtesy lowered their price recently I think it'll end up more than $70 shipped.... www.courtesyparts.com

He has them for the VG, too. Ask him if he has one for your car. I've put one of his on an 89 SE and a 91 SE, ask him if it will fit your GXE VG.

I bought one from him, I'm just waiting for my bro to finish up my heater core so I can install it.
Guys, the only reason I mention the A/C hose is because it's sitting right next to the strut tower on all 92-94 Maximas regardless of VE or VG. It WILL interfere with where the bracket arm is and will have to be moved or bent to fit at all (they occupy the same space). All 89-91 Maximas have the A/C hose sitting lower in the engine bay so THEY can use this FSTB no problem.
It's not a major disaster, but it's just something to be aware of that it won't fit as "painlessly" as the 2k2 bar.

i sell the strut bars for 45 shipped also (or 40 picked up). Only difference is that mine are more similar to courtessy's strut bars, where there are no holes in them. I have test fitted them on several different maximas, they will fit on all 3rd and 4th gens except the 3rd gen with VE engines. if you would like to purchase one, PM me or e-mail me....... bsaha@ic.sunysb.edu
