Question about Strobes for blinkers

i recently put hyperwhite 9004s in my 92 gxe, and ordered a wiring harness upgrade that will be installed soon. i have hyperwhites in my sidemarker and parking lights, and in my front blinkers. i have my side lights rewired so they work along w/ my front blinkers. i saw this on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eb...031696&r=0&t=0 and was wondering if anyone definitely knew whether or not this strobe light-type relay would cause extra power draw from my car. if anyone knows if there is anything i would need to do besides install this wiring harness that im getting shortly, i would appreciate any info

I think it would depend on how fast it "strobed"
That little demo was neat, and if it does "strobe" that fast, then I could almost see getting it... Except for the fact that everyone will think you have a light out <g>
But if it is in fact a semi-true strobe light, I believe that it would be illegal in many states... Not to mention any of your epileptic friends would have a fit (no pun intended)
As for power draw, I think it would be negligable, however, it would lower the lifespan of your lights... Prolly by a good amount.
And if it's just a relay, it should fit right in the old ones' place, if it works like they say.
