225/60 is as big as you can go on SE rims. www.tirerack.com for some ideas
Not many ppl have this I think, they should fit ok, but one guy with snow tires said he got rubbing (but those are snow tires so....)

No you will not have to recalibrate your speedometer. The difference is minimal and likely will not be noticed. In fact, when I run side by side with the 92 (has 65's), on cell phones, the speeds have been EXACTLY the same. I recall doing that and both read 60 mph even.
In fact, someone can supplement exact figures and the mathematical calculation, but if memory serves me correctly, a speedometer would error more with 225/60's on than it would with 215/60's. Remember, the 60/65 number does not stand alone and is a ratio to the 205/215/225 number.

the speedo was very close on the 225 60's. if it was off, it wasn't by much.
I'm running 215/60VR/15s and the diameter is the same as the stock 205/65/15. The wider patch made a noticable change in the handling and ride doesn't suffer at all. I took a 225/50ZR/15 and mounted on an extra rim i have while at work one day and it does fit but it was a pain to put on.
I am running Yokohama Avs Db in 225/60R15. They do have a large profile. However, my car is lowered so it is not as noticeable. I got them b/c they offer a lot of tread and don't mess up your speedo reading at all. They difference is not noticeable. They best part is that they are only $70 and are V-Rated. They Maxima can only dream about overheating these tires...
