Re-manufactured? As in, re-tread?
If it is a re-tread, then HELL no, you do NOT want it.
All they do is put on a "new" tread over the old one.
They cause all sortsa problems, like bubbles that'll blow out...
My bro works with tractor-trailer tires, and one of the options they had a while ago was a cheaper "re-tread", but they dropped them because they caused more problems then they solved.
We also had some on a truck and a car of ours, and each time, we had serious problems with them blowing up when you least expected it, or they'd grow a bubble and start bumping over it, then the bubble would burst.

He said wheels, not tires
And no, you should not have any draw backs to re-man wheels, but remember there still used

I've seen some reman'd wheels that looked brand new and then i've seen some that looked like they still needed to be reman'd. Some companys just make sure that the wheels are straight while others refinish them to make them look new too. I have had to order rims that are reman'd for customers at work and they all were straight and nobody has come back yet. I'm about to order some reman'd 2000 SE rims with the smoked silver finish myself. You shouldnt have any problems with them.

hey thanks everyone for responding. right now there is only 2 hours left, so hopefully i will get them. next i need to buy some spacers to make sure those 7.5 inch wide tires so they won't rub.

DOH!
Hehe... Ironically, I posted that right after I had an hour long debate with one of my buddies about the differences between "rim", "wheel", and "tire" <rofl>
Sad thing is, it was about almost this same topic...
