I see the skymax maxima in cardomain. he have (or use to have) an auto vg and he can make 15.4 in the quarter mile, this is fastest that many auto VE. He have a big list of modes of course

MAF is from another Nissan (can't say) with a few tweaks, JE pistons were for 300ZX's but I used them, Crower rods were totally custom (had to special order).

Why don't you ever post some pictures, stats, and more info on this mythical car I wonder so much about? Do you have one turbo, twin turbos? Are they sequential Turbos? What all do you have, why are you scared to say? I see you talk about it all the time, but never see many pictures, and you say it is secret and all that, what are you so worried about......? You dont have to say everything you got but why not a little more details? Email or PM me if for some reason you dont want everyone to know, because I am very interested in your vehicle.

Blitz makes 2 kinds of BOV's and the one without a filter is the Standard SuperSound. The filter is an additional add-on feature you can buy. The SuperSound BOV has the same sound but it's just louder when there's more boost pressure being released.

 

For the same reason very few people post information about something original. First of all, they don't want people copying their setup. Second, if they could find the information, so can you. So if you really want to know, you can find out on your own. Third, if you do something original and tell people about it, you will get 10+ emails a day asking you how questions about your setup. Do you have any idea how many emails people like skymax and matt93se get a day? Eliminate the valuable email and the spam they receive, and the remaining 75% of it will be people asking them "how do I turbo my maxima?" or "what parts do I need to make my stereo look exactly like yours?" This gets old after about 2 weeks and those people learn their lesson. They realize that it is a lot less hassle to simply not disclose the details. If you want to learn about turbos go read some books. Corky Bell has some excellent material on all kinds of forced induction. Then when you have a pertinent question, email someone who might have experience and don't post a freaking message asking them stupid questions.

 

Yeah, looks like it. Im not saying tell how you did what you did, just what you did, thats all, just say, like yes i Have twin turbos, or yes a I swapped a VG30ET into my car or something like that, or a quartermile time would be fun.

Thats the kind of stats Im talking about, like Dyno and Quartermiles, with and without nitrous. I just think its interesting to see what other 3rd Gen Owners are doing, especially the ones that heavily modify their cars.
