I have a 91 maxima that I started to piece out but I am tired of doing it so if there is anyone that wants it be my guest. Looks like you found out how much it would cost for the junk yard to tow it out of your garrage. What happended to the car? Is it a 92-94 GXE? What color interior? Not interested in taking it, just wondering about a few things I may have on my shopping list for my Max.

 

Junk yards in NY/NJ pic up cars free of charge and they even pay you for it if its a car that has desirable parts. If they don't want it for parts then they want it for scrap metal, which they get paid for.

 

they pick them up free here as well but what p i s s es me of is they will give you 50 or 100 bucks for your car and sell everything off at outrages prices ---my experience is headlight junk yard $100 -- tail light $65 -- door lock servo $85 --- windshield wiper motor $85 --come on they only gave 50 for the hole car so if i can help some one out i dont mind

and from my experience, junkyards around here (indiana) wouldn't pay you anything unless you got the engine, and the scrape metal yards, they want you to take away the fuel tanks before they will accept it. But hey it might be different over at your place.

What tranny is it, auto or manual. and what engine is it?
how many miles on each? any thing added to the engine? an mods on it? etc...

Hey, do you have any pics of it at all... also i was wondering what condition the speakers are in... I and looking for some new speakers for my 93 Max. I would be willin to pay for shipping, if its not too much...also, i have power windows, but i need a new power window unit for the passenger side, front door.. actually, i just need the clamp that hold the window in place when its not all the way up... but i'd be willing to pay shipping for the whole window unit (without the window) also, if its not too expensive... could you check on these things and give me an estimated weight and a zip so i can figure up shippin & handling....thanx.. Oh, one last thing.. What condition are the breaks in? if they are good enough, i may consider those too... whats your email, so we can talk more? or do you have any Chat messengers?

 

Do you have any anti sway bars? and do you know if they would fit my 93? i was told that all 3rd gen sway bars fit each other.. if you do have them, how much do they weight, and how big are they (Length x Width x Height)? thanx again

Without sounding like a **** (which I always do)
80% of the parts you guys are asking for should be bought new from a dealer/parts store, not taken from a junked car.

i.e. window regulators, engine mounts (unless they're in good shape), hood struts.
these are all regular wear items that could break at any time, so there's no point in spending the time and labor to replace something that's just going to break again immediately after you install it.
the price at a parts store is cheap enough to replace them with new ones and not worry about it.



stock sway bars are crap and you already have them on your car anyway.

Hey I have a set of GXE Wheels off my 93 that I want to sell. They are in pretty good condition, had about 69,000 miles on em, they have some used tires on em too tires are in decent condition.

Dude! Where were you about a month ago?! I was trying to sell my wheels and tires to someone, but there were no takers. They were in decent condition and the tires had 50% of their life left in them. I ended up getting sick of seeing them on my porch and I just traded them for a sunroof windvisor at a junk yard.
FYI, the shipping is going to be rediculous on any rims that you try to ship anywhere. There was one guy that wanted my rims, but they would have cost $150 to ship. My advise: look in junk yards. Good luck.
