Slower after warm up

I have been having a problem with my 89 maxima gxe auto. When I first start the car up after it being off overnight, the car does 0-60 in around 7 seconds. Once it has been running for about 10 minutes, the engine significantly bogs down and the transmission takes sometimes as much as 5 seconds to make a gear change. The temperature gauge moves toward the middle within about 3 minutes and stays there, while my car is still running normally, then the engine is significantly slower and the transmission shifts very slowly. I wish i could understand what this problem is. I have drained and refilled my radiator with no effect. I have also checked my transmission fluid, it is normal. My car is unmodded other than NGK spark plug wires, which were on it when i bought it. I do not understand why the temperature gauge is not changing, although sometimes it jumps from high to low and i just flick the gauge and it jumps back to normal, i dont think this has an effect on the cooling, just the gauge. I would appreciate any suggestions or advice. Thanks alot

btw-my car has 104,000 miles, if that makes a diffrence
oh also- during the winter, my heater is not very hot any time, even after running for a long time

I know this probably isn't what you want to hear but you really should search. There is a TON of info on this. Search for "power loss" or something like that. Actually, I just spent a good 4-5hrs searching through some 145 topics I found related to power loss. There are too many potential things that could cause these problems.

could need a band adjustment, but

im sure your car runs great when you first start it because it is cold and when you keep your engine cool like the addition of a cai or cooler it performs better maybe you should lookinto these especially if you live in a hot climate, also my car shifts that way when i have my comfort swith on, you should keep it in the middle if you have it,except high speed it's good to use power also not useing overdrive and driveing over 25 may cause this.
