Wow-man, no theres a winter job for me, who needs a custom catback with a 2K muffler, and a JWT ECU when I could get 24 inch rims and an 8 inch drop.

I have eibachs, and they are definately the way to go for handles. I think you can get them at shox.com for less than tire rack.
while you got the springs out it is probably a good idea to do the shocks/struts.
I went with 16 wheels and tires to get some fat z rateds without trashing the ride, and got exactlt what I was looking for.

You don't have to own a Honda...sorry, "Honduh" to be a "riceboy."

I enjoy my Eibach/Tokico setup. Turns are much more enjoyable, hard braking is more predictable(less dive), and highway cruising feels solid.
I just wish it was as solid as the first day it was installed...damn Tokicos.

that was all just a joke. i dont own that car. things were just gettin really lame in here for a while, so i thought id play along. i have the tokiko/eibach set up. as for the doors on that car. he probably did them himself, thats why that car looks like such a beater. if you look at other pictures of that car he has actually cut out most of the floor so that it can sit that low. in order to have suicide doors, you would have to take it to a professional. i actually was thinking about it myself. i think it would look cool to suicide the back doors. from the people in the lowrider scene i have talked to about this, it is very difficult and there arent too many people out there that can do that kinda work. i would imagine it would cost way too much money to have done the right way.

I like the height of your car. I still don't know if I am getting this Max though. I really want it, but it needs some stuff and the lady selling it thinks it's tip top. Needs an alignment at the least (pulls hard right), the brake pedal hits the floor and it needs a battery. I think it also needs a tuneup because my wife straight walked away from me in my Celica when I was on the test drive - and I was ON IT. Also, there is lotsa gear whine in 1st - is that normal for these cars? Oh yeah - the clutch engages at the floor and it's missing a gas cap. Nice metallic blue paint, straight body, perfect black leather and 80k miles though. She is asking $8500 - I am thinking ~$7500 at the most. I can do the work anyway.
Also - I know of a place that makes custom wound springs for your car whatever spring rate or height you want. Not to expensive and very quick. All four coild for my Celica 1.5" drop and 80% stiffer were ~$280 I think - shipped in two weeks. Called Coil Spring Specialties and they are in Maryland or something. Might be a good solution for your sagging rear.
Thanks for the reply. Oh - if you're interested, a friend of mine has a formula for figuring out your skidpad numbers so you can do it on your own if you want (need someone to time you and stuff). We squeezed over 1.0g out of my Celica and his - both cars are '80 ST coupes set up nearly the same way. .86g on his '86 MR2. Etc. Let me know.

Ya Eibachs seem to be really good, but for price i think i'm going with ST, because they still perform well and dont' slam your car.
In MY personal opinion, and i'm not ragging on you perlmax.
But i think your going to F**K up a perfectly good car.
I now feel sick.
