try a muffler shop...one by my house has one and it was like 250 installed...might as well get one from warpspeedperformance.com . Or you can always go to a Nissan dealer and get one ordered.

call junkyards in your area..

www.car-part.com will have listings for you..

just do a search on a window or engine or door or transmission or something common on maximas, and it'll bring up a huge list of yards in your state. (or heaven forbid, pick up a yellow pages and start calling!)

I didn't mean that in a sarcastic tone to you specifically.. it just seems to be a general rule, that hardly anyone on .org anymore is willing to do any work on their own...

same type of thing on the internet stuff. you can find so much stuff cheap locally, that there's not a lot of sense in paying to ship somehting across country when you have to wait 2 weeks to get it and hope the guy didn't screw you.

just go to a junkyard, buy it locally, hand them the money, and everything's done. (that's of course assuming they have what you need).

Finding parts for a nissan is difficult, but not impossible. I've made a lot of local connections at go-fast shops and junk yards. one junkyard actually purchased 6 junked maximas because I was looking for a certain part that they didn't have on their ones on hand already.. not many places will do that for just anybody (not like they didn't make money off the cars to other people, but still...)
