Most HP maxima

I was wondering about how much HP can you push out of a 1990 SE maxima, and how much would it cost, like is it possible to get around 220 without a turbo or something?

I've heard of one place that specializes in building up Nissan engines over on the West Coast, but nothing VE specific....probably because it wasn't as "widely" used as the VG. but all Hekimein is a a motor rebuilder, any motor rebuild shop can do about the same he does!
