Attention New Members

Please use the search function before you post a question. Chances are, it's been discussed before on this forum. With over 11,000 threads in the 3rd Generation Forum alone, I'm sure you can find something to relate your question to.

If you want to ask questions about engine swaps or turbo setups, be prepared for a good flaming by the veteran members (including me). There is a WEALTH of information on those subjects that can be found in seconds with just a few clicks of the mouse.

The other members are glad to help out and give advice, but it's a waste of everyone's time to keep repeating the same things over and over. there are many FAQ pages set up by various members, which you will find with simple searching of subjects and reading the posts that relate to it.

If you simply want to come in here and ask how to change your oil or install new brakes or swap an engine, you should expect hostile responses or your thread to be locked/deleted without any other warnings.

If you you have a problem with that, then you are free to go to another forum and not put up with flames. We would rather you go somewhere else than whine about how "rude" the other members are here.

Or as FrankBattle said:
Ifn you'se the type to get yer knickers all twisted up cosn you'se a poosie, then do what I did and lay up in the cut and learn.

And use the soich function. Don go cryn to daddy. Soich soich soich!

In short, please use the search function. We're not your slaves to hand you the answer to every question you've ever had, but we'll be glad to help you out. Spend a little time on your part to save everyone headaches and patience.

Thank you and happy posting!

Agree 100% Matt.

And please, if your skin is as thin as paper, please take 20 deep breaths before you reply to someone 'flaming' you. More often than not, it's all in good fun.

Thank you, drive through.

....or if your skin is as thin as an onion's, take about 100 deep breaths before you say something you might wind up regretting later.

It's not worth it to raise your blood pressure to argue.
