Hi guys, just a while ago I went to put some gas in the car and it didn't want to start. It just crank but that's it. My buddies pushed the car and it started but with a dark cloud of smoke coming form the pipe. The battery is new, new fuel filter, new sparkplug wires and plugs. Maybe the fuel injectors or the distributor or the cap? All the fuses are good. I drove for a couple of miles and when I turned the engine off i did the same thing again and we had to push it.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Giovanni Croeze.

Bytheway, its a 1989 SE.

it's probably bad gas. my brother has had bad gas before and it would die when he wasn't on the accelerator. after he burnt up the bad gas and put new gas in, it ran fine.

it could be a number of things

ckeck the erg valve, vaccume tubes, dist cap and wires, look for coolant on any of the wires.

just a few ideas, but your best be it to take it to a dealer they can diagnose it better than any of us can over the internet
