any body good with paint here

i just purchased a pearl white max. the paint is good and it has little dents on two panels. (shouldnt be that much to fix) well i was thinking about painting the car a different color that the pearl white. the question is is there certain colors i should stay away from? should i stay away from dark colors for example? should i go with a light color since that what it was originally? i was thinking of painting it the light green from infinity. i have beige interior, so it might look good. i also like the guy who painted his lexus white. any suggestions?

Darker colors tend to fade alot quicker than lighter colors. If your car is garage kept then I wouldn't worry about the shade of color at all. You should also consider which colors look the worst if they get dinged up. If your paint is good it's best to just save your money and invest it into performance items. Two little dents won't make people give less regard to your car, your cars lack of performance will do that.

i already have a y-pipe, cai, eibachs, and tokicos in the box. i just havent had a chance to put them on yet. the paint is pretty good. im sure a good buffing will make it look real nice. i just dont really like the color of pearl white that much and i wanted to do a custom color. thanks though. i think i will stay with a lighter shade.
