stock 0-60

Hey everyone, yesterday i did a 0-60 run and my first run was a 9.68 and my second was a 9.44.I am completely stock except for ngk plugs and wires. Is this normal, slow , or slightly fast. Just wondering. I do have 19" wheels which i think hinders me a little in the 0-60.
