owner manual

I am trying to find out where I can get an owners manual for a 1989 gle maxima, or some information on the security system

Please refer to the search option, and you will find MANY write-ups on the re-programming operation. I know about four others besides myself who have posted info on this subject.

BTW...do another search on trim levels.

but if you really want the manual,

just call your local nissan dealership in the parts department, and ask for the 800 number to order a owners manual for your car. If they dont know what your talking about call kelly nissan in beverly mass 01915, thats where i got the number, they dont carry anything for cars older than 5 years. The best book to get is the chiltons tech book. you can also order the original nissan tech book from them, and many other original books. the original nissan one is the best but 3 times the cost.
