Maxima190 You Sound Bitter

VE only getting 10 Sec. 0-60? Is that normal? Sounds like you need a muscle car..or a supercharger under your hood!

I dont understand you people. Why do you always put down some other fellow maxima owner because there max isnt as fast as yours. There is no such thing as a slow max. Think back for example when the 3rd gen first came out back in 89. During that time there where very few cars that would even come close to the max's the accel and top speed in a 4dr sedan. 13 years have went by and no doubt cars have evolved much since 89 but yet the VG still can keep up with most street hondas, Chevys, Fords, Mazda, and Toyotas, if not flat out whoop them. I am in no way dissing the VE, I would personaly love to have a 4dr sedan that can give a 2000 mustang gt conv a run for the money, but because of the fact of the VTC problems I wont get one, plus someone has to represent the VG. We should all get along just because of the fact that we all want fast and nice looking Maximas that will put to shame any hothead teenager with a riced out Honda.
Does anyone here agree with me or am I alone on this subject. This post is not directed entirely that this thread but also to some other posts I have read.

Well Put Slickwillie. We are on this forum to share info, help solve problems, and promote creativity in customizing as our aftermarket is miniscule when compared to other import Brands. Lets keep it clean.

Well Put
