coolant flush, only dribbling out

im doing a coolant system flush on my '92 se and the manual is not helping at all. i can't get the drain plug bolt on the front of the engine block off and i can't find the other(?)bolt that is supposed to be in the rear of the engine block. i opened the valve on the bottom of the radiator but the coolant only drips out and i thought i found the air release bolt but when removed the flow didn't increase. can anyone help?

Don't worry about the other engine block coolant bolt. Take the cap off of radiator.

i had the radiator cap off. i think that the "dribbling" is about as fast as it will come out. when i thought that all the coolant was out and just water was coming out of the drain valve, i took off the air release plug and not only did i lose the bolt( good job) but very green coolant came a surgin'. i guess i didnt flush it all and maybe if i could get at the stupid engine block bolt i could get it all out. well i guess ill try and replace that missing bolt.
