vtc switch

vtc switch

i found a 5-spd but it has the vtc tick. my auto does not have the vtc problem. how hard is it to give it the switch-a-roo?

I think he's asking how hard it is to switch VTC assemblies over. My answer would be..@#$%^%$$##$ing hard! I've had mine out and it was ah.. inconvenient experience.

not the engine... the vtc... (i want the ve engine with variable intake....)

the point is that is would be easier to swap engines than the VTCs. then put the variable intake on the new one.
that way, you stay out of the engine completely and don't have to worry about messing something up. not exactly fun to work on these engines.
