Leather Care

Alright I recently got a full leather interior very cheap I even got all the door panels, ect. However the front seats have some normal wear and tear like scratches and rough spots. Are there any "secret" tips? Some one mentioned shoe polish anybody else have some info.

can i join your club???
as for leather, right now i'm experimenting on how to keep mine up, i bought these wipes for leather that are supposed to clean and condition, but its still in the testing phase. they work well if you're not looking for that high glossy shine (you know the one that kind blind u when ur driving) as soon as i dun't feel lazy i'll go out side and see who makes it.... but i think the armorall one might be better
or you can try the meguiar leather lotion, which you can just rub in with ur bare hands.....
well whatever you come up with let me know which works best....

try lexol..get the cleaner and conditioner.
w/ the conditioner let the leather soak it in a little. once it stop taking in the conditioner then you're good to go. keep it up once a week and the hard spots will get softer.

What about extra EXTRA rough leather?

The seats in my Max, especially the front ones, are really dry. Are the suggestions above going to help restore some life and softness to them because will they aren't too uncomfortable to sit on, I would still prefer something a little more softer.

I agree with the Lexol. Clean first, then condition. That conditioner just sinks in and makes your leather look so sweet. It's like $10-$12 for a bottle of each, but they last a long time. Their Vinylex product is nice for the dash and doors too.
