Replacing clutch and lighten flywheel

I have a 1989 Se max, 5 speed, and I need to replace the clutch. My mechanic is chargin me $562.00 for the following:

1) OEM Clutch (From dealer) I called and it cost $211
2) Resurface and Lighten the flywheel
3) Change transmision fluid
4) Labor
5) And miscellanous......

So $300 for labor? $300/$40 = 7.5 hours. That's about right I think. If he uses all quality parts and does a good job, I think it's fair.
