The back of the car is bare. I will see if I left any of the brackets on the unders side of the cover just on case. but I am sure it is bare also. You got the side brackets and the box of hardware out of the crash bar correct?

 

Do you still have the ECU??? if so... Is it a 99 Cali Spec???
