Hey Folks,

Well my old Max is really coming to the end of the road. Still driving her today but very soon (within two weeks) I'll be getting another car and dropping her from insurance. I love this car but it's just not worth it to repair after I got rear-ended. Here's the deal:

It's a Ruby Pearl '96GXE with 240,000 miles, original engine and automatic transmission. Full maintenance records since it was bought new in July 1995. Most of the car from the Rear Glass forward is in good condition, inside and out. I am considering selling everything and am feeling out the demand for parts.

Parts that are good:
Complete Interior
Nose Clip (Hood, fenders, bumper, lights, etc)
Engine & Trans
Both Front doors
Passenger Side Rear Door
Driver Side Rear door window and interior pieces
Braking system parts (calipers, etc)
Sunroof assembly

In addition to all of the stock parts for sale, the car has a full Warpspeed exhaust system from Y-pipe to tail-pipe.

I'm going to be driving the car for another week or two and then it'll be another week or so before I'll get time to start dismantling. Let me know if you're interested.

 

Is the car all stock? Can you post some pics of it?

 

What would you be willing to let your hood go for? Grille? Radiator support? Let me know. Thanks!

 

What color interior? Is it leather? Heated? I'm looking for tan leather heated front seats, rear seats, and panels. My sis lives in Philly so I'd definitely be coming to pick it up and not having it shipped. Let me know.

 

Do you have the front license plate bracket?

 

How much for the full exhaust? What kind of condition is it in? Pics? I can pick it up.

Does the interior have the woodgrain finish? I am looking for the front pass. and driver's side window switch covers, not the entire units. If you have them, are they in good condition and how much would they cost shipped to 98201?

I actually do still own the car I just can't get to it. I finished college, moved to a different state, and now I have two jobs here. It's sitting at my parents house and I haven't had any time to part it out or move it to my new place. And I don't have the time to part her out like I'd like to.

It still starts up and drives. It's just not registered, insured, or inspected right now.

At this point I'd be selling the entire car.

The car is still for sale. Selling as a complete car only, I don't have time to part it out. I wish I did, because it's worth a lot of money as parts.

The car has KYB-GR2 struts. The car is a GXE. That means no Bose, no leather. The only options it has are: Sunroof (works perfectly), gold trim package, keyless entry/convenience package, and the automagic transmission.

I have full maintenance records for this car including engine oil analysis. Tires are almost brand new (maybe 3,000 miles on them?).

The car was rear ended in January 2006. Extensive damage to trunk. Still tracks straight, suspension is ok. I have pics available if you're interested in the car.
