Yes it is...lower guts cut out...and urethane was used to mold the sides up

On the bumper?....not sure shouldn't be more than $25 but I would have to check because it is oversized....I am in NYC quite a bit and we set something up if possible.

I did not get an opportunity to price the shipment on the bumper and its not likely I will unless I take it to be shipped, so here's the deal, I am going to ask that the buyer pay $25 for shipping, if it is more, I will pay for it...if it is less I will refund your money.

i'm going to say no on the pics. i would say look at your current bumper and view it with the middle guts out.

Sell it to me mayn, I gotta get a new front bumper cover for cheap.

Once I have it installed on (which I should be able to do by next weekend), then I will definitely sell it to you. I'll get some pics of it once it's off to show to you.
