Bump for Matty. Someone needs to jump on this. Still will save in the end compared to purchasing new lip from stillen.
It's an easy fix if you purchase either bondo or fiberglass repair kit (from Autozone, Pep Boys, etc.). My lip was cracked in the same area and I have it almost completely repaired now (still some sanding to do).

JUST FYI, STILLEN does send you a new lip with a $50 money order and with pics of the crack and the serial number on the back of the lip. No proof of purchase necessary. These lips are lifetime warranty. Why anyone would sell a cracked/broken stillen lip is beyond me. It's like selling a broken craftsman tool.
Thought you'd appreciate that info matty. It should only help the sale, or encourage you to keep the lip, lol. Two of my friend did it this past month and their damage wasnt as bad as yours.

I already have a brand new lip from them. If anyone wants a cheap "start off lip" they can repair this and paint and be ahead of the game.
And for the record, Stillen gives you ALOT of grief on the proof of purchase. I sent them CC statements, name of company, and picture of the lip and a picture of the Serial Number on the lip and it still wasnt good enough. They stated they didnt have Redlinemax in their system. I called Corey from Redlinemax and found their "alternate" name they used for stillen orders. Gave that to stillen and I was covered. Its definetly not an "easy" process like you say.

Matty, out of curiousity, how much would it be to have it shipped to 11434? I may buy this to fix myself and then either keep or sell. Not sure why no one else would want this but their loss.

Hope I never have to find out, but with my luck, I'll have the kit on for 2 weeks and I'll bust it.
