I love this mod. Yeah people are stupid and ask why do you want you're auto to look like a standard? Well it's much different than the stock auto shifter and that's what I like. There are only 4 of us that have this mod I believe. The **** is not easy to find and ptatohead bought all the ones he could find in Cali. This is a good deal and a cool mod IMO. Bump for this seller. I would buy the **** just as an extra for fine haha

hmm im seriously interested.... I have a headunit in what used to be the storage area. So now taking cds in/out is kinda annoying cause of the tall shifter. You just guess what gear your in (D R P etc...)? Is the shifter boot included? As someone previously said, how do u work o/d on/off? If theres no other offers I will take this as soon as u reply to my questions.

The over drive button has been eliminated, in order to have the O/D you must wire up a seperate button (thats what i did). the wires are there (in the pic its the red and black wire). i wired it to a push-button switch which i mounted in one of the coin slots of the console.
installation is basically just bolting in this piece in place of your old one and connecting all the linkages (fairly simple). but the center console should be taken out to simplify the whole thing.
im replying to PM's right now

Really? Wow. How long has it been now, a year I guess? Well, I do take a look whenever I am at A.Z. and I still have not seen one in the last year. I was really upset a few weeks ago. I had my car smogged and the grease monkey must have had some gnarly ring(s) on because he left scratches all over my shifter.

yeah that was one thing i liked about this modification, i figured it made it a little harder to steal...but at the same time...taking it to any kind of shop where someone else has to drive your car sucks because you have to explain how it works.
