Fs: The Almighty Quaife Differential

This really sucks, and I know i'm gonna regret selling this, but unfortunately it seems I really have no use for it and plus i need money to start up my business. Anywayz I was one of the orgers from the quaife deal that recently happened, and i'm willing to sell my diff. It's inside the box still mint, fresh, unopened. If anyone is interested and has the money, i'm selling it for $1310 shipped to anyone in the U.S.

*EDIT

Price DROPPED to $1250 shipped.

You'd better give it a little more time, or try eBay. Most of the people who really wanted it saw the GD and bought one already. Good luck!

a pic would help buddy. No one is just going to paypal you a grand and wait for it to come in. also a price that you paid for it would help also, and why one would want to buy one!

Its pretty much the best mod going for a Maxima. Very rare too since they just did a large group buy on it. Bottom line is, if your going to have your trans open, definetly think about getting one of these.

Why bother posting if you don't know what you're talking about?

Nobodys probably buying it because they are all having to pay a butt load for trans rebuilds or purcahsing trans. Damn NISSAN for the bearing failure problem!

Don't want to lowball here but, is 1k too low an offer? You must have been offerd that by now. What is the lowest offer you've had? I'm guessing 800?

$1250 shipped will be the lowest I will go and i won't drop the price any lower than that. I may have to take this off the market and i'm thinking of keeping it for possible future use, but i'll keep ya guys updated if it's still for sale or not. Thanks

It's not that no one wants it, it's just that it's quite a bit of money, so you can't expect to just come out and it be sold in an instant. I think you should just keep it up for sale until someone buys it or unless you decide to use it. I would buy it if I could but I just don't have the funds. Someone will eventually be ready to buy it. I think most people are juts nervous spending that much money for a part that doesn't give HP. The guys that will mostly be interested in this will be those that have high HP and need to start working on upgrading their transmission. We all forget about the transmission because for the most part it works well. But once you get into the higher HP then you recognize you need a better tranny to get better traction, and one part of that is definitely an LSD.

So now that I've babbled a whole bunch, bump for the seller.

Free bumpage for your Quaife, I just bought mine off Hectorc here in Chicago last weekend I've installed a few of these myself for people on RSXs and Maximas (hi THT)..... nice mod, after doing a few road courses in my setup-for-it 5th gen.... I knew I HAD to have it along with the Brembo GT brake kit.

DO NOT MISS OUT ON THESE GUYS ! I'm going to be doing a HOW TO for Nissan Sport magazine soon on my own car, look for it in the issue.

Post pics. People want to see what they are buying.

Sell it - give some selling points.

Also, this is only for manual transmissions, right? State that.

The diff basically sells itself, you just have to research it on the org and the site will give you all the information you need about this. If you guys really want pics, i'll post it up, but its only in a box that is sealed and has never been opened lol.
