I have a Stillen California emissions y-pipe for sale.

I'm not sure if it fits other years but it has been on my 99. There is also a front piece that comes with it but it was never installed on my car.

The previous owner had it on his car for 5 months and I had it on my car for 2 months. I have no use for it anymore because I upgraded to a Cattman y-pipe.

You will hear some buzzing on the pipe when you are in a closed area, such as a barriers in between lanes on the highway. Other than that, you don't really hear it.
