got code p0400 so need to fix my egr

highly unlikely its the egr itself... clean out the egr tube and check for damaged hoses...

iv NEVER seen a egr valve go bad on our cars...

+1 replacing the valve alone most likely wont fix the code. just take it apart and clean it.
